The Black Roses x Cartamundi reprint was one of the first custom decks to feature Cartamundi's Slimline True Linen B9 Finish. This makes the deck historically significant.

In 2019, this deck was included as an add-on in the very first Black Roses Hotel campaign. Of the 500 decks printed. Back then only 300 were made available for sale on Kickstarter.
